Our helpline is for anybody living in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin who is concerned about their own mental health or that of a friend or relative.
Calls to the helpline are confidential and you do not need to give any personal details to obtain support or advice. Trained staff will listen to your problems and provide information that may help if appropriate.
Finding Help
If you don't feel able to call our helpline number or the helpline is closed then you can search for helping agencies from our online agency database.
Volunteering
If you have some spare time (even just a couple of evenings a month) and would like to volunteer to work on the helpline then please use our online form to request more details.
Helpline Opening Hours
The helpline is available 7 days a week to help you with any query or problems you may have. Our hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday
10am-2pm and 7pm-11pm
Weekends
Noon-Midnight
